Please Bring a Bottle of Water.


When riding bikes, hydration or taking water periodically is very important thing. Please bring a bottle of water when attending our tour.

When riding bikes, especially on E-bike, things feel nice and fast, and you will not notice that you are dehydrating. Tokyo summer is humid and hot. You will sweat for sure when you are riding and this could cause you a heat ill.

It might be good for you for you to drink water at least sip in every 30min. You don't have to drink a lot at a time, just little by little would do you good.

Japan has a lot of tea. Green tea is one of the famous also in the vending machine, but as you are in Japan, we suggest you to try Mugi-cha, a non caffeine Japanese traditional barley tea.
